ما يمكن وصفه بتقرير اسرائيلي عن تحركات وجولات وزير الخارجية الامريكي جون كيري لدفع عملية السلام بين الجانبين الفلسطيني والاسرائيلي، هذا التقرير نقلته مصادر عن دوائر اسرائيلية وصفت بالمطلعة.
"تقول المصادر الاسرائيلية رفيعة المستوى أن وزير الخارجية الامريكي جون كيري حصل على موافقة مبدئية من الطرفين الاسرائيلي والفلسطيني حول اتفاق الاطار الذي تنشغل الولايات المتحدة في هذه الأيام بوضع اللمسات الأخيرة عليه. و أن الرد الذي قدمه نتنياهو للوزير الامريكي تضمن بعض التحفظات، وبكلمات اخرى "نعم، ولكن". كما أن الرد الفلسطيني لم يكن بعيدا بالشكل والمضمون عن الرد الاسرائيلي، ولكن بالتأكيد كل طرف حسب رؤيته ومصلحته، وأن الجانب الفلسطيني لديه هو الاخر مجموعة من التحفظات على اتفاق الاطار الذي يحمله كيري."
وكشفت المصادر عن أن زيارات كيري ستتكثف خلال الاسابيع القادمة ، وعندها فقط سيتضح الشكل النهائي لا تفاق الاطار الذي يرغب كيري في دفع الجانبين اليه، لكن بعض المعلومات تشير الى أن اتفاق الاطار هو وصفة امريكية لادارة الصراع لـ 15 عاما قادمة، وأن النتيجة الامريكية التي تم التوصل اليها ، هي أن الجانبين الفلسطيني والاسرائيلي غير جاهزين للتوصل الى اتفاق دائم في المرحلة الراهنة، وهذا الاتفاق يتضمن الاشارة الى أن اسرائيل على استعداد للتفاوض مع الفلسطينيين للتوصل الى اتفاق على اساس حدود 1967 وأن يكون الجانب الفلسطيني على استعداد للاعتراف بيهودية اسرائيل بالمقابل سيتم تمديد مدة المفاوضات الراهنة لمدة عام على امل التوصل الى اتفاق في نهاية هذه المدة.
لكن هناك مصادر اخرى تتحدث عن أن كيري يرغب في الاعلان عن اتفاق الاطار بين اسرائيل والفلسطينيين قبل انقضاء مدة التسعة شهور التي خصصت لادارة المفاوضات بين الجانبين الاسرائيلي والفلسطيني للتوصل الى اتفاق سلام. وتقول المصادر أن الطاقم الامريكي لدعم المفاوضات برئاسة انديك نجح خلال الأيام الأخيرة في تقليص الفجوة الموجودة بين الطرفين الاسرائيلي والفلسطيني فيما يتعلق باتفاق الاطار الامريكي، لكن هناك ضرورة لمواصلة الاتصالات مع الطرفين حتى تصبح الأمور ناضجة لاعلان أمريكي عن اتفاق اطار اسرائيلي فلسطيني.
وتؤكد هذه المصادر أن المقترح الامريكي لاتفاق الاطار لن يكون بالامكان رفضه من أي من الجانبين الاسرائيلي أو الفلسطيني وأن واشنطن تخطط لطرحه في أجواء احتفالية ومن غير المستبعد أن يتم دعوة الرئيس الفلسطيني محمود عباس ورئيس الوزراء الاسرائيلي نتنياهو الى الولايات المتحدة ليكون الاعلان برعاية رئيس الولايات المتحدة باراك أوباما. كما تشير تلك المصادر الى أن تنياهو ومستشاريه انشغلوا خلال الايام العشرة الاخيرة في مراجعة المقترح الأمريكي وأن العديد من الجلسات عقدت للتشاور بعضها استمر لساعات طويلة. ويتمنى نتنياهو أن لا يأخذ كيري بالتحفظات الفلسطينية وأن يتسبب ذلك في اعلان فلسطيني برفض مقترح كيري مما قد يساعد على ابعاد هذا الشبح الذي يخشاه نتنياهو ـ وهو تحميل اسرائيل مسؤولية فشل المفاوضات ـ الى الساحة الفلسطينية، خاصة وأن رئيس الوزراء الاسرائيلي يواجه مشكلة حقيقية داخل الجناح اليميني في حزبه وفي اوساط شركائه من اليمين في الائتلاف، لذلك يتمنى أن يسقط مشروع كيري لاتفاق الاطار من خلال عدم الاخذ امريكيا بتحفظات الفلسطينيين على الاتفاق.
ويرى نتنياهو أن الهجمات الاخيرة التي قام بها فلسطينيون ضد اهداف اسرائيلية وأبرزها محاولة تفجير الحافلة في ضواحي تل أبيب، جاءت في موعدها ومنحت اسرائيل القدرة على اطلاق التصريحات المشككة بالرغبة الفلسطينية في الوصول الى سلام.
ونتنياهو لا يرغب في خلق حالة من عدم الاستقرار داخل ائتلافه، فهو يفضل التشكيلة والتركيبة الحالية للائتلاف ويمكنه التعايش معها، فهو يجمع بين رافعي راية تحقيق السلام مع الفلسطينيين (ليفني، لبيد) وأيضا الذين يؤمنون بأن "ارض اسرائيل" هي ملك للشعب اليهودي ولا يوجد فرصة لتحقيق سلام بمقاييس اسرائيلية مع الفلسطينيين (ليبرمان وبينت)، وأنه الشخص "الحكيم" الذي يثق به الشعب، ويحاول أن يقود "القيببلة" الى بر الامان في ظل هذه الاجواء الملبدة بالغيوم اقليميا وحسابات الدول العظمى. كما أن نتنياهو بات المدافع عن الطبقة المتوسطة والشرائح الفقيرة في مواجهة ما يقوم به "الجزار الاقتصادي" في وزارة المالية "يائير لبيد".

Subhan Allah look what we plan and look where Allah SWT takes us! Never did I imagine that one my family would move to Canada as a child nor did I ever think that I would be here. Never did I think I'd be studying engineering one day nor did I think that I would be working in Canada. I always had other plans but Alhumdulilah in the end it all worked out for the best. So why is it that when things don't go according to our plan, we suddenly lose hope in the plan of Allah azza wa jal? We become too conclusive about our fates yet we don't know what tomorrow holds. Things may seem hard today but didn't Allah SWT say verily with hardship comes ease? We feel the whole world is against us but Allah SWT gave us His word that He doesn't burden a soul beyond it can bear. Trust in Allah and always remember that this is all apart of the plan. A plan made by the best of planners, SWT.

Fatawaa from Shaykh ul Islam Ibn Taymiyyah(Rahimahullah) on the one who rules by other than what Allah has revealed:
"Whenever a person makes halal what is haram by consensus or makes haram what is halal by consensus or replaces the Sharee'ah that is agreed upon by consensus, then he is a Kaffir by the agreement of the scholars of Fiqh." – "Al-Fataawa", Vol. 3/267.
"The Sharee'ah revealed from Allah ta'ala, which is the Qur'an and Sunnah that Allah sent His Messenger with, no one from the creation is allowed to leave it. And no one leaves it but a Kaffir." – "Al-Fataawa", Vol. 11/262.
"And it is known by necessity in the Deen of the Muslims and by the agreement of all the Muslims that whoever follows a Sharee'ah other than the Sharee'ah of Muhammad then he is a disbeliever and it is like the Kufr of the one who believes in some of the Book and disbelieves in some of the Book." –"Al-Fataawa", Vol. 28/524.
"A scholar who abandons what has learnt from the Qur'an and the Sunnah and follows a ruler who does not rule in accordance with the teaching of Allah, subhanahu wa-ta'ala, and His Messenger, salla Allahu 'alayhi wa sallam, is an apostate and a disbeliever who deserves punishment in this world and in the hereafter." –"Al-Fataawa", Vol. 35/373.
"If the ruler was religious and yet ruled ignorantly without knowledge, he would end up in Hell-Fire. But if he is aware of the Divine laws and yet he ruled by other than the truth of which he is aware, he would belong to the people of Hell-Fire. And if he rules unjustly and without knowledge, he would be more deserving of Fire. This in case he judges in a case of an individual, but if he judges in a case which concerns the public, and altered the truth into falsehood, and the falsehood into truth, the Sunnah into Bid'ah, or the Bid'ah into Sunnah, and the good into evil and the evil into good, and opposes the commands of Allah and His Messenger and commands what Allah and His Messenger forbid, then this is another type to be judged by Allah, the Rabb of the Worlds, and the Ilaah of the Messengers, the Proprietor of the Day of Judgement, to Whom belongs all the praise in the beginning and the end." – "Al-Fataawa", p. 388.
"There is no doubt that he who does not believe in the incumbency of ruling by what Allah sent to His Messenger is an infidel. So he who deems it lawful to judge between people according to what he deems as justice without adhering to what Allah sent down is an infidel too.
"There is not a nation but enjoins ruling with justice, although justice according to their religion is what their leaders or chiefs consider as such. There are many who claim to be Muslims, [who] rule by their mores and customs which were not revealed by Allah, such as the customs of the Bedouins, which they inherited from their forefathers who were obeyed rulers. They believe that such customs must be applied, excluding the Book and the Sunnah, and such belief constitutes infidelity.
"There are many people who accept Islam, but do not rule except by the prevailing customs that are commanded by obeyed lords (taghut). Such people know that it is not permissible to rule by other than what Allah revealed, but do not apply them, rather they deem as lawful to rule by other than what Allah sent down, they are infidels." – "Minhaaj as-Sunnah".

Colleague at Al-Manar Abbas Karnib was martMartyr Karnibyred as he was gravely wounded by Haret Hreik's terrorist explosion last Thursday.
Martyr Karnib, 52, hails from the southern village of Hadatha and has four children. He had been poisoned by the Israeli enemy before he started working as a technician at Al-Manar TV channel in 1992.
Martyr Karnib underwent a critical brain surgery after he had been wounded by Haret Hreik's terrorist explosion.

The Al-Qaeda-affiliated Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant on Saturday claimed responsibility for the suicide bombing Haret Hreik in the southern suburb of Beirut.Haret Hreik Blast
The statement, which ISIL released via Twitter, mentioned that the group was able Thursday to violate Hezbollah security measures in the southern suburb of Beirut.
The statement also considered that the blast, which left four martyrs and dozens wounded, is "a first small payment from the heavy account that is awaiting those criminals."

Lebanese Foreign Minister Adnan MansourLebanon's Caretaker Foreign Minister Adnan Mansour described the death of Saudi terrorist Majed al-Majed, the commander of the Abdullah Azzam Brigades, as a "blow to justice."
Majed al-Majed was the head of an al-Qaeda-affiliated group that claimed responsibility for the double suicide bombing outside the Iranian Embassy in Beirut on Nov. 19.
"The death of the Abdallah Azzam Brigades' leader Majed al-Majed was a blow to justice as gone with him is the plot he wanted to implement via his group inside and outside Lebanon," Mansour said on Monday.
Majed died Saturday at Lebanon's military hospital in the Beirut neighborhood of Badaro.
Al-Majed was arrested by the Lebanese Army on Dec. 26 in the Mount Lebanon area of Hazmieh.
Pointing out the threat imposed upon the country by Israel, Mansour also underscored that "The [Lebanese] Army is currently not able to be strong without the resistance [Hezbollah] at its side."
